Controller

Hosting
The site is delivered by Vercel Inc. (United States). When you open a page, the host processes the connection data needed to serve it: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, the browser type, and the previous page when the browser sends it. The purpose is delivery and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
That processing can include a transfer to the United States. Vercel describes the current transfer tool in its privacy policy and data processing addendum: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Forms
The newsletter, tool-listing, and advertising forms check the input and discard it. No address is stored and no email is sent.
Redirects
Tool and ad buttons go through /go/. The application writes one server-log line: the kind of link, an id, the locale, the placement, the time, the destination host, and, when present, the host of the previous page. That line does not contain an IP address, a name, or an email. The host’s own connection logs can still contain the IP address.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The purpose is to account for labeled redirects, not to build a usage profile.
Analytics, cookies, and theme
This version loads no analytics script and no ad-network script. Vercel Web Analytics stays off unless it is explicitly turned on. No cookie is set for advertising or a profile.
The light or dark choice stays in the browser’s localStorage and is not sent to us.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability where the statutory conditions are met. You can object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can withdraw any consent we later ask for, with effect for the future.
