- No. The pick on a category page is an editorial suggestion. A featured badge is a separate, labeled, paid slot. That row is empty until someone books it.
- Do tool buttons earn a commission?
- Only when a tool file sets a relationship to affiliate or referral. The button is then labeled, and the link uses rel="sponsored". The seed tools are not in a program yet. The /go/ path is ready for a code when you add one.
- Why is there no score out of ten?
- A score implies a measurement this desk does not have. Each card is a short verdict about the job the tool is good for, plus the tradeoff.
- What does GEO mean here?
- Generative engine optimization: writing and structuring a page so answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews can find it and decide whether to cite it. It is not a promise that they will.
