ChatGPT is the product most readers already have open. It is a fair first stop for writing and a capable general agent surface. It is not the tool to pick only because it is familiar when the job is code review or a citation you can audit.

- A free tier that is enough to learn the habit.
不适合之处
- Long edits can drift.
- Plan names and limits change; read the current pricing page.
