Executive moves are public facts when the company or the person publishes them, or when a filing requires them. Until that document exists, the item does not run. A group chat is not a source.
- Link the post or the filing.
- Use the title the source uses.
- Say what the source does not say, including start date if it is missing.
- Skip the motive unless the person stated it on the record.
